Job Description

The Position
 
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our call center team. The right candidates for this position are required to have excellent verbal communication skills and experience in customer services.
 
Responsibilities
 
·    Handle inbound phone calls from existing and potential customers.
·    Timely and effectively reply to customers’ inquiries about insurance products & services.
·    Provide instant and effective support to customers regarding their onboarding journey.
·    Provide instant and effective support to customers regarding their claims.
·    Make outbound calls to educate customers about the products and services.
 
Requirements
 
·    Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
·    Al least 2 years of experience in customer care / customer service.
·    Experience in sales.
·    Good knowledge of CRM tools.
·    Good data entry skills.
·    Attention to details.
